To Be Honest with you I have no clue who this rider is, but he was riding with all the others snowboarders. He was throwing down pretty cool tricks so i decided to snap a few, even with out know who he was LOL. I like this shot because its not everyday you get to see someone throw a "Tailgrab" while airing over a "Wallride". i like the fact that there is some sky above him, i think it adds a little something different that the other pieces in this collection don't have.

Looks right out of a snowboarding magazine, which I guess is a good thing. The guy sure seems pretty calm for being in mid air hovering over a metal pipe. Good capture.

thanks pat, part of that reason why hes so calm is because the sport of snowboarding its self is so blissful, its beautiful

nice sharp shot, but not very dynamic as a good sports photograph. NO facial expression. Thats not your fault I know but those moments of struggle or exhiliration tend to be more interesting in sports photography.

Maybe the shadow in the bottom needs slightly more room.

The best of the series till now.
Because of the composition and the tailgrab it's nicer I think.
I like to do tailgrabs and nosegrabs on the big air, gives a great feeling
